# 客服群功能

## 进群/建群

步骤一：选择账号——点击群列表图标

步骤二：点击上方的“+”——按需选择“进群”或者“建群”

## 群管理

群聊页面——点击群名称——即可打开群资料页面

鼠标点击群内好友——可以添加到账号的好友通讯录页面

群管理员——可以点击修改群昵称与群简介资料
